Our approach to agile delivery of software is void of complex management overhead ceremonies. Developed by Kent Beck.
Test Driven Development (TDD)
We strive to write code that performs well and solves the problem, but also is flexible enough to adapt over time. To achieve this we use Test Driven Development. By consistently letting the code test itself we can focus more on maximising value and less on the fear of breaking something.
